Procedures to carry out the experiment:
1. Boil the milk in a water bath and add vinegar to the boiling milk.
2. Wait for milk curds to be formed.
3. Allow the milk curds to cool down and separate the milk curds from the solution.
4. Place the milk curds in a container.
5. Allow the milk curds to stand for 2 hours.
6. Wash the milk curds with water and retrieve the plastic.
